Buy the Gone in Sixty Seconds Mustang

Mustang.jpgYes car fans, Eleanor the undisputed star of the film Gone in Sixty Seconds is up for sale. Yes, it's barely film related but that's one amazing car, it was in a film and you can own it!

According to Autoblog:

Actually a replica of its '67 Shelby GT500 namesake, the movie car is up for sale at The Auto Collections at the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The car is one of 12 built for the movie, two of which were destroyed during filming.

Eleanor is powered by a Ford Racing 351 crate engine, and looks to be very well equipped.

Sounds and looks gorgeous. Especially with those letters NOS in the boot, unfortunately not functional...yet! You can see more shots of her over at the selling site, Auto Collections

Bye-bye S2k?

NOOOO!

I think Richard's car is so much kewler than this!

Well, I just wondered:
"Ooh...if only I could afford the shipping costs!"

I could do you the two stripes over the S2K if you're that intent on keeping it!

this is surely my dream car,

large, loud and no handling. did i mention it weighs a lot......

oh yeah, i can hear those horses pounding now.

btw its the only reason i watched the film, because i couldn't stand another performance of a cage looking like he had lost his milk money droopy face performance....

Pab's you're right...all the performances were dreary, apart from Jones staying silent all the film until his big ending philosophy speech.

That car is astounding though...and no Lee, a big white stripe on mine might go over my head...if the hard top was off.

Just like your car, your laptop computer battery lasts longer depending on how you "drive" your laptop.
