Zodiac trailer online

The trailer for Zodiac is now online. This is the new David Fincher film that covers the killings in San Francisco during the 60's and 70's carried out by Robert Graysmith, with Jake Gyllenhaal.

So I can't view it from work, I'll have to wait until later, but if you want to look at it and let everyone else know what your thoughts are, then you can catch it over at IGN Film Force. It's in Windows Media and Quicktime, in the usual three formats.

View it and let everyone else know what it's like.

Update 17/03 - My mistake, this isn't for Finchers Zodiac at all. Since I'm at work and can't actually view the trailers it's hard to tell, and I just got a little excited! Apologies! See comments...

Hey Richard, that trailer isn't for Zodiac - it's for a totally different movie about the killings called The Zodiac. Yeah, I'd never heard of it either, but it actually looks ok...

I agree with Martha, it got me psyched now!

Is it? Oh blast...that's the problem when you can't actually see the trailers! Damned work, so inconsiderate!

Glad to get you over here though.

Actually, Fincher´s Zodiac is the movie I am most excited about this year. If I had seen trailer and zodiac together, I´d be jumping as well.

Consider that:

-The Zodiac was never caught

-It´s the same director of Seven and Fight Club

-It´s faithful to the real happenings as far as I know

-Robert Downey Jr: this guy is fantabulous

-Anthony Edwards!!! Dr. Greene!!! I am as happy as when I saw Noah Wyle in Donnie Darko.

And it´s settled in the 70´s. Another dark comeback to that age, same as Munich.

What more do I need to be happy? It´s my movie of the year.

Yeah Peter, that's exactly what happened! I got so excited I had to post...I should know better though.

I'm with you on the excitement factor and for all those reasons. Downey is a stunning actor, reminds me, I must add him to my Dream Cast list for that upcoming feature.

ooh, same director of Fight Club and Seven..that's huge!

yes i am 2 verry pleased as i thought the other film diddnt portrayy me in the rite lite,i wander who they will get to play me this time.

When some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the barroom wall, and he looks you crooked in the eye and he asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: "Have ya paid your dues, Jack?" "Yessir, the check is in the mail."
- Jack Burton, Big Trouble in Little China
