Poseidon trailer online

I'm actually looking forward to this remake of Poseidon, it was a cheesy and exciting movie first time around with a whole host of stars, and it seems to look like they're being exceedingly faithful to the original. Now a new trailer is on the rounds.

Again, I'm at work so I can't see it, however if you check it out leave some comments below to let everyone else know if it looks any good.

The trailer, through Empire, is to Coming Soon who have the trailer, I think. Hard to tell from their page what has just been added, but I would try the Trailer section where it's available in QT, WMP, RP, iPod and PSP...Geez, you could play it on your kitchen sink!

Better trailer than the first. The first was the MC saying how great it was to see in New Year on Poseidon, the God of the sea, blah blah blah, oh disaster strikes .

The second trailer has a lot more substance to it, showing some of the characters as individuals, both before and after the ship capsises.

Still think it's going to be a nice bit of Wensleydale.

Doesn't the ship used look remarkably like Stelios's easyCruise One, just not in bright orange?

I dont even recall having seen the original, so I guess I have to see this. ILM did the VFX I heard.

I actually just watched the original recently, and for what it is (an Irwin Allen "disaster" flick) it holds up really well due to the great performances.

This trailer did look better than the first, but we'll just have to wait and see. :-)

I cannot believe that this has been remade twice within a year! (The other version was for TV.)

Whatever the quality of the film, it's another pointless remake that demonstrates the lack of fresh ideas coming out Hollywood.

Incidently the original movie is a favourite of mine.
