The Mistaken US terrorist film

RoadtoGuantanamo_Poster.jpgAnother "Bourne-like" film is in the works [bounces head off desk] called The Mistaken, but this one takes the form of an American man travelling with his family mistaken as a Terrorist suspect. Personally I would suggest this sounds much more like Road to Guantanamo to me, but without anything controversial against the US, lovely Hollywood ending and the real Terrorists being captured at the end. Think I've captured it?

From Digital Spy comes the uninspiring news:

Davis Entertainment has picked up a new spec script from Stephen Hauser (Sphere), according to The Hollywood Reporter. Described as containing elements similar to The Fugitive and The Bourne Identity...

Could this possibly be done properly and not turn into a watered down message?
