The Hills Have Eyes DVD Specs
The Hills Have Eyes DVD specifications are out, and this time updated, and they include a feature that makes me cringe...an unrated version which includes three minutes of never before seen footage rated too violent for cinemas! Wooo!
Actually, sarcasm aside, considering how creeped out I was watching this (I was the only one in the cinema!) these three minutes could be the death of me!
The DVD set will come with the standard cinema version and the unrated version, both featuring DD5.1 and audio commentaries from the Director\Screenwriter, the second screenwriter and one of the Producers. I was looking for a trio there with the third Screenwriter popping up, Wes Craven, but it was not to be.

Fluff aside, the commentaries look like they might be interesting, and that extra three minutes has me hooked, even if it does sound like something cheesy from the 50's - "we have an ambulance standing by outside the theatre - this film is so scary, you may faint!!!"
