Having just talked about Wong Kar Kai's new film Mr Blueberry Nights, we're hearing more on the casting front, and it's pretty strong stuff. Ed Harris has signed up for the film as well as the superb Kevin Spacey. See that previous post for story details.

They, according to The Hollywood Reporter through Coming Soon, join the already great cast:

Jude Law, Natalie Portman and Rachel Weisz...

...and of course, Norah Jones...the singer. Yes, well the rest are a really strong cast. Looks like people are lining up to work on Wong Kar Wai's latest film. I'm superbly excited to have Spacey and Harris share the screen, I really think Harris is a superb talent that needs to be made more of. It'll be interesting to see how he plays beside Spacey.

Still I have to wonder why Norah Jones is leading this piece. Perhaps she'll just be the McGuffin that pulls it all together?
