This could be really bad news for the film Poseidon, or maybe it's just some critics and journalists taking a pop at a remake that might be popcorn entertainment, we don't know yet, but early reviews are looking poor.

Over at Rotten TomatoesRotten Tomatoes the current rating is a mere 20%. Okay there's only a few reviews up there, but still, 20%?

I wonder when we look back at these old movies if we're not looking back with nostalgia and thinking that these original films were so much better than they actually were? If the people who just reviewed the film looked back at the original, would it really be as good as they thought? Maybe it really is and the remake is just that bad...
