The Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer may well be the new title for Fantastic Four 2 or Fantastic Four: The Next Chapter, but actual details have been light, until now.

The Fantastic Four, meets their greatest challenge yet in FANTASTIC FOUR AND THE SILVER SURFER as the enigmatic, intergalactic herald, The Silver Surfer, comes to Earth to prepare it for destruction. As the Silver Surfer races around the globe wreaking havoc, Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben must unravel the mystery of the Silver Surfer and confront the surprising return of their mortal enemy, Dr. Doom, before all hope is lost.

Sound interesting? Of course it does, it's got Silver Surfer in it! Although Jo Blo reckon that a separate Silver Surfer movie would "suck", I disagree. I think that he would be a great character to explore and put on screen, but it would need to be done well, and done big. It would need character development and big effects, nothing less.

Still, for FF2 this sounds good. It gives the movie a bit more meat, but I'm a tad concerned as we know already that there's going to be a three way love triangle with Sue, Reed and Surfer...does that mean we're getting a Surfer-lite character? One which wisecracks and charms Sue? I so hope not. What do you think?
