Skinwalkers complete

Skinwalkers.jpgI remember writing about Skinwalkers when it was first announced and highlighted one of the writers pedigree, James DeMonaco. The warring werewolf story sounded interesting but didn't really sell anything new, until you see DeMonaco's previous writings...well one...The Negotiator.

The news from Cinematical is that they are heading for an R rating. Damn good, another horror film that puts its money where its mouth is. Horror cannot be PG.

"We're really pumped. We're really pumped about it. It's kind of a return to, like, basic human interaction storytelling in a genre package, which I feel like we haven't had in a really long time."

Is what one of the other writers James Roday says about the movie. He goes on to claim that this is the be all and end all of all werewolf movies...a step too far I think Roday!

You can check out the official site for some more information including a Directors Blog, which states coming soon. Wait a moment. Filming has completed...oh dear.

And I promise you I'll never desert you again because after 'Salome' we'll make another picture and another picture. You see, this is my life! It always will be! Nothing else! Just us, the cameras, and those wonderful people out there in the dark!... All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up.
