Texas Chainsaw prequel trailer online

The trailer for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre prequel is online, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre The Beginning, and it looks pretty good. Scary, freaky, and the baddies have a total disregard for human life with a thoroughly chilling speech. Perfect. Plus it's starring R. Lee Ermey.

Only thing is, for some silly reason, you have to watch it between 10pm and 4am...or be clever enough just to change your local computer clock (not the one on the wall) to somewhere between the times and refresh the page. Remember to reset the time back or people will wonder why you're not sleeping at night.

What do you think of the trailer then? I'm pleasantly surprised...and I never thought I'd say that about it!

If you have Firefox, just do View, Page Style, No Style from the menus, and you'll see the links (along with a really messed up page). I'm not sure if IE has an equivalent, but it probably does. They're just using a CSS div set to hidden so you can also grab the links from the source. Seems silly to restrict the trailer viewing times, but oh well.

As far as the trailer goes, I wasn't all that interested, but I've never been a fan of either the original or the remake.

Thanks, exam in the morning so been studying, just easing back in now.

I like the same old spooky sound effects they used in the trailer although I'm not so sure how many times I can watch/put up with dumb teenagers taking help from strangers on the road. It's getting old.

They should put out a public service announcement to warn people of the many dangers of inbred hick country folk. "Y'all wanna ride to tha nearest gas station?!"............

Doesn't look like changing your computers clock works anymore. I tried and it still won't let me view it. I also viewed the source code and the small/medium/large pages are just small.html extensions (or whatever size you want) except it just keeps pulling me back to the index page. I can, however, view the high definition trailers, since their link is in the source code, but they are too big for my monitor..

Well, I decided just to view it at 480i high-def resolution, which is the smallest they offer, it does fit in my window so I'm fine.
