Bruce Campbell in The Woods

BruceCampbell.jpgBruce Campbell returns to horror in The Woods, and the website is now online although we are awaiting a trailer for the film.

The blurb reads well from both IMDB and Film Rotation:

Based in 1965, an all-girls private school deals with the mysterious going-ons in the woods surrounding the school...

...starts with neglected teenager Heather (Agnes Bruckner) dropped off by her parents (on of which is Bruce Campbell) at a remote boarding school deep in the forest. Terrorised by an evil headteacher (Patricia Clarkson), her staff, and the other pupils, Heather wants to leave but there's something in the woods that is hunting them all.

The official site is now online and although they don't have a trailer there just yet, through Twitch you can download the AVI trailer from RapidShare. Sounds good, and really the most exciting part of this entire story is that Campbell is in the film. Could this mark a great return to his horror roots? Apparently some early reports are saying it is.
