The official website and poster for the Jason Statham starrer Crank are live and online now, and the poster looks pretty cool.

The story is simple enough, a hitman tries to go straight and leaves his last hit alive to mark the end of his career. When he is awoken by a phone call in the morning he finds out that he has been injected with a poison during the night, a poison that will kill him within an hour. If he can keep his heart rate high enough he can prolong his life, and in that time he must find an antitode, stay ahead of the hitmen after him, and rescue his kidnapped girlfriend.

One word. Action. This promises lot's of it and hard and fast. Sounds superb to me, and since I think Statham is so good I know I won't be disappointed by him, the film maybe, but not him. Reserve me tickets now.

One thing though, Statham, can you please sign up for the Hitman lead?
