Samuel L. Jackson is set to appear in Doug Liman's latest movie Jumper, adapted by David Goyer and Simon Kinberg from the novel by Steven Gould.

The story sounds great, and you can read about it on a previous story about Jamie Bell joining Jumper. It sounds a strong tale, it is a strong book, and it sure has a strong cast. How could it fail?

According to The Hollywood Reporter through Coming Soon, Jackson will play the NSA agent charged with tracking down the jumper.

The budget looks set to be quite big too, with special effects being mentioned quite a bit, the big cast and also locations in Tokyo, Rome, Toronto and New York. Definitely one to look forward to.
