Lucy Liu and Cilllian Murphy are teaming up in a film called Watching the Detectives written and directed by Paul Soter.

The romantic comedy is about a film noir buff whose world is turned upside down when a real-life femme fatale provides far more adventure than he ever experienced.

Is what the film is all about according to Variety through Rope of Silicon, and they also point out that Soter is a member of Broken Lizard...I have no idea what that means to the film, can someone enlighten me?

I'm a huge fan of Liu nowadays, she was superb in Lucky Number Slevin (review), so I'll instantly watch absolutely anything she's in...wouldn't you?
