The trailer, or should I say teaser, for Dreamgirls is online and it's so disappointing you feel cheated out of the time spent watching it.

Cinema Blend have a link to the teaser from their Dreamgirls page and also a TV Spot for the film, although the TV spot link isn't currently working, over at Apple Trailers you can find a Dreamgirls page featuring a montage [QT:S:M:L:iPod] and making of [QT:S:M:L:iPod] clips.

The montage is much better than the trailer and we get to see and hear something of the film. It looks like it has a superb casting, and I can't wait to see if Eddie Murphy is going to play it straight.

The film is about a trio of black female soul singers who come under the wing of some big names and move into the pop charts. Set in the 1960's and based on the broadway musical, it also headlines Jamie Foxx and Beyoncé Knowles.
