The remake of the Philippine horror One Missed Call is progressing well with the announcement of two big names for the cast. Ed Harris and the excellent Gabriel Byrne. Both actors with tremendous quality and presence onscreen, so does this mean we're looking to a good remake?

The film has already cast Shannyn Sossamon and is being directed by Eric Valette, so overall there is a lot of positive hope. I know it's another Asian horror remake, but there's the chance that this one might be good, especially since these names are involved. Doesn't it bring you some hope?
