Peter Berg for Tonight He Comes?
Jonathon Mostow left Tonight He Comes, the Will Smith starring film about a down on his luck Superhero romancing a housewife, and now it looks like Peter Berg is being courted for the position.
According to Empire he's currently considering it. You have to wonder why there have been a few directors now to have passed on this film, Empire say that Michael Mann and Gabriele Muccino have also considered the position. What's turning them away? The story? Well you would think that they could have seen that upfront when they read the script. Smith perhaps?
Who knows, however if Berg does pick it up he's quite busy right now with The Kingdom, Splinter Cell, The Mission and The Losers to direct.
