Robert De Niro and 50 Cent (he's cheap) are looking like they will be police partners in a new film. Yes, I can hardly believe it either.

The film will be a police thriller in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. De Niro's character thinks his partner has been lost in the Hurricane but discovers he has been murdered. When he gets a new partner (50 Cent) they begin to investigate the murder and enter a world of police corruption...wooo...

The news from Yahoo News is hard to believe indeed. De Niro and 50 Cent together in a film? Either one is struggling in their career or the other is on a fast track! However a spark of good news is that perhaps there will be some social commentary on the aftermath of the Hurricane?
