Halle Berry is trying to urge all X-Men fans to campaign for a fourth film by writing to Tom Rothman at 20th Century Fox.

She was speaking at the People's Choice Awards when she picked up her Favourite Female Action Star.

"I want to thank Tom Rothman for allowing me to play Storm, and Brett Ratner for allowing Storm to finally use her cape and fly this year...

...I have something to ask you guys.you guys really love X-Men? Ok, here's what you have to do. Write letters.if every one of you in this building who love X-Men and want to see X-Men 4, write a letter to Tom Rothman at Fox, and tell him so. And you will get another one, and I'll be there too."

The quote comes through Comic Book Movie who cheekily, but very rightly, give the contact details for Fox.

Perhaps some X-Men fans out there want to create an online petition that's specifically about a fourth ensemble X-men film over the spin off's. There's one I already found over at Petition Online, but it's not quite specific enough to Rothman and about a fourth ensemble film.

I'd love to see another ensemble film, but I still hold out that the third film came too soon, it hurried the universe forward far too quickly and there was room for two or even three films before that one. However perhaps they wanted to get to the spin offs or possibly pick a new cast for a fourth film.
