Critics Choice Awards 2007 Winners
The Critics Choice Awards have been announced and the winners have a few surprises in there.
The Departed (Filmstalker review) grabs Best Picture, as well as Director for Scorsese. Actor and Actress are as expected and well deserved. Then there's the praise for Dreamgirls and Little Miss Sunshine with Beyoncé taking the Best Song. Oh, and Eastwood gets Best Foreign Film for Letters from Iwo Jima.

I think that's a fair list actually, and more reinforcement of Whitaker and Mirren for the Oscars. The way ahead looks great for Murphy once again, now if he can stay clear of those rubbish comedies.
