Are you a fan of the UK Premiereship Everton Football Club, or perhaps a fan of Sylvester Stallone? If you're both then you're going to be very happy this Sunday which Everton play their Premiership match against Reading on Sunday, because Stallone will be there.

According to, of all places to find an Everton story, Daily India who seem to get the story from ContactMusic, Stallone will "parade" in front of the fans before the game, I presume that means he might give a short pep talk from the pitch.

The Everton boss Keith Wyness is quoted as saying:

"Sylvester has a soft spot for Everton. Hopefully his visit will cement our place as his favourite team"

His strange appearance is down to Robert Earl who is an Everton shareholder and helped Stallone launch Planet Hollywood in 1991.
