The next film biography of a musical legend seems to be underway as Justin Berfield of Malcolm in the Middle fame turns his production company's eye towards Jerry Garcia from Grateful Dead.

Berfield's company is trying to find the actor to play the man but already has someone in mind.

"I've spoken with one person, and he's very interested in taking on the role. I can't say too much because I'm not ready for this to become major news yet. He's a very well-known actor."
