Latest rumour for Dark Knight cast

EmilyBlunt.jpgAccording to all sources (start singing ladies) there's another actress in the running for the Batman Begins (Filmstalker review) sequel The Dark Knight. These films probably have the most contested roles in acting history, well in the rumour mill at least, it seems there's a new one coming out each day.

The latest is from a source through Cinema Blend who tells them that Emily Blunt is the next up on the mill's conveyor belt.

You know, I'm really not worried about this role. I think any actress could play her, it's not a difficult role and the only real requirement is that she's pretty enough that a millionaire would fall for her, and I think that's about it. The rest is really in the role. Are you worried about this? Is there a bad choice for the role?

With Blunt being the new toast in town with a Golden Globe and a BAFTA Rising Star nomination, I wouldnt be surprised if she was also considered. Youre right though, the role is not much of a stretch for any actress so it really doesnt matter who gets cast.

Yeah... I could really care less. But I still love Rachel McAdams.

Me too Ryan! ;)

Fuck the critics. They're like eunuchs. They can tell you how to do it, but they can't do it themselves.
