New Sunshine trailer reveals some story

Sunshine_Sanada.jpgThere's a new trailer online for Danny Boyle's Sunshine, and it's looking a lot better than the previous one we saw. This one gives us some insight to the story and has some of the character's dialogue, including an opening narration to tell us where the story is.

The previous trailer really gave us the feel of a visually rich film, now we're getting something about characters and the heart of the story. There's that lovely creepy line from the ship's computer in the best tradition of HAL, and we know where we are.

Is it treading too much similar ground though? Could that be a problem with it, or is it really going to be something different? It's very difficult to tell with trailers. The cast is superb though, and looking at the trailer it looks to have great production values. Definitely worth watching I'd say.

You can see the new trailer over at the Sunshine site [QT] through dtheatre.

This is one of the films I'm really looking forward to seeing this year. I think Danny Boyle is a really good director and I think, by all means, this film is going to prove that more so.

Looking really good Richard. Got a good feeling about this.

This is going to be big.
