Kiefer Sutherland looks set to take a break from his 24 schedule by doing another film in the space that has been opened up by the delay of the film 24. He's set to star in a horror film by the superb director Alexandre Aja called Mirrors.

The film is simply about a mirror that brings out the worst aspects of people whenever they look at them. I wonder if it literally brings out the worst in them?

According to the report in Variety because the script for the 24 film has been delayed he's filled the schedule with the Aja film.

He'll play an ex policeman who works security at a mall and discovers something wrong in the mirrors of one of the department stores. It seems that while he's locked in there alone he'll have to face the horrors inside the mirrors. Easy, can't you just smash them all? Well with Aja I'm sure it's far from being that easy.
