Stalked: Rise clip and Day Watch trailer online

LucyLiu.jpgTwo feasts for the eyes, first up is a very sexy clip from the missing vampire film Rise, and secondly the Russian Day Watch site goes live with a slightly better trailer.

Rise is a film that stars Lucy Liu, Michael Chiklis, Carla Gugino and James D'Arcy a film we heard about ages ago where Liu would play the part of a woman turned vampire who decides to hunt down those who made her the way she is. Since the early news about the film we've heard nothing, until now. A clip has snuck online and I have it for you in the main story.

The word from HorrorMovies.ca is that the film will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, so if you're heading there then try and catch a glimpse.

In the meantime the clip is in the main story and it features a naked Liu and Gugino rollicking about with a few drops of blood too. It's all rather sexy!

Then there's the new Day Watch site, the film that will be the second in the Russian Watch trilogy from the hugely rising director Timur Bekmambetov, the previous film being Night Watch (Nochnoy dozor) (Filmstalker review). The site also contains a slightly clearer version of the trailer which I posted last week.

If you haven't heard about this film, you should see the trailer and catch the first film, the story of warring supernatural creatures in Russia is superb and out classes a lot of Hollywood.
