Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End trailer in Quicktime
The Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End trailer has appeared online in lovely Quicktime, which means that it's crisper and clearer, looking a whole lot better.
I'm thinking that perhaps my initial fears of this film, after the poor showing of Dead Man's Chest (Filmstalker review), might just be remedied and the lost excitement paid back tenfold.
The trailer looks fantastic, high stakes on the high seas, and all the characters look to be in full form too. No missing third act film here I suspect, this is going to build the suspense high and deliver a strong pay off.
You can see for yourself by checking out the trailer over at IGN [QT:WMV:1080p].
You know though, it's one of the smaller details that gets me about the trailer. The sword fight on the mast with the swords clanging together in time with the music. I loved how that hit and raised the suspense of the whole thing.
