Rodriguez directs Open Grave

RobertRodriguez.jpgRobert Rodriguez has not been lined up as the director of the horror film Open Grave, which was announced film announced mid December last year, but Eduardo Rodriguez has!

The story is an interesting one and sees our main character wake up admist a pile of dead bodies in an open grave without any memory of how he got there. He's rescued by some strangers and he has to figure out who among them was the one to put him there in the first place, including himself. Woo, scarey stuff, and I'm dying to see that opening scene.

The script comes from first time writers Eddie and Chris Borey, and the announcement of Rodriguez comes from Variety.

It's Eduardo Rodriguez helming the flick, not Robert.

I don't know if they are related or not but I think they have worked together in the past.

Ooops! Thanks Matt...I've been practicing speed reading and I'm not exactly 100% yet!
