Mark Verheiden adapts his own The Ark

Mark Verheiden is the writer of My Name is Bruce and is a writer on Battlestar Galactica, now he's set to adapt one of his own comic books.

The Ark is very interesting story which merges that of Noah's Ark with the idea of a UFO crash landing. Sounds strange, but Verheiden is an excellent writer as some of his recent work has testified to.

The Variety story but doesn't yet have anything more than the writer attached.

This coincides with Verheiden saying something about a project we needed to keep our eyes open for that he couldn't talk about. Verheiden's own blog carries the hint, and I would guess that this was it.
