More Star Trek casting suggestions

StarTrekXI_Logo.jpgRemember we talked about a good cast for the new Star Trek film from J.J. Abrams? Well another site has been at it and they've picked some of the main characters from a few of the films and TV series to chose possible actors to portray them, and not only have they come up with a cool list but they've also chosen some rather unusual actors.

Not only have they covered Star Trek but they've also looked at Doctor Strange and Ex Machina, and picked some cracking names once again. Okay so most of these are based on looks alone, but some of them might just work.

Here's the list of names that Wizard Entertainment chose:

CAPTAIN JAMES T. KIRK - Matt Damon
MR. SPOCK - Zachary Quinto
KHAN NOONIEN SINGH - Nestor Carbonell
LT. UHURA - Thandie Newton
LEONARD ‘BONES’ MCCOY - Kevin Connolly
HIKARU SULU - John Cho
CAPTAIN CHRISTOPHER PIKE - Josh Duhamel
PAVEL CHEKOV - Paul Campbell
KOR - Vin Diesel

You can head over there for the full list with explanations and images of both the actor and the original character. You can also see their Doctor Strange and Ex Machina suggestions which are equally good.

What do you think, those guys have some great suggestions? Still have some better ones yourself?
