Ils (Them) gets US release

Ils.jpgIls (Them) (Filmstalker review) is getting a release, thanks to Dark Sky. For those of you who don't know the film is from David Moreau and Xavier Palud who are currently in Hollywood remaking the Asian horror film The Eye, and all because of this film.

I loved Ils, it's a superb horror that really does hit all the buttons and gives some terrifying moments. Although there wasn't much to the story, it is an abject lesson in engaging an audience and making them feel something strong. I honestly would recommend you see it, especially if you're a horror fan.

Now, according to Bloody Disgusting Dark Sky Films will distribute the film in New York and Los Angeles with other dates to follow. You Americans are going to be very lucky people, go see it.
