Miller reveals Sin City 3 story
We already heard that there were going to be two Sin City sequels from Frank Miller a few months back, but he's been talking about them again, trying to appease the concerns about the delays in production, and also to reveal a little of the third story.
So we know that the second film is going to be based on A Dame to Kill For, well the third one will be based on Hell and Back, the story of a hallucinating artist called Wallace.
The rumour is that Johnny Depp is being lined up for that role, however it's a whole two films away, and let's remember that Sin City 2 hasn't even started anything near the filming process. Frankly, I think it's all part of the process of keeping the hype going on Sin City 2 until both Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller get through their next films to see the sequel.
From MTV Movies Blog through Coming Soon he says:
"Robert [Rodriguez] and I have a script and we're all raring to go. We're aching to get started," he said. "I want to work with that crew again…that wonderful cast……There was just some problems above us that I don't understand…that I don't really want to understand…"
That's what he says about the delays to the second film, something that really doesn't allay any fear that I am having over the second film not being made. The fact that both directors are off making other films, and that the third film has come out in conversation over trying to calm the negative press, don't make me any more hopeful for seeing this film get made.
The longer they wait, the less chance there is of seeing it and the third film.
