There's a nice R-rated trailer out for 30 Days of Night which not only shows us some violence and gore, but also reveals a lot more of the story. Not only that but tagged on the end is a complete grizzly scene for the film.

Even the extended scene is pretty gory and unsettling. It certainly gives a great feel for the film. Did I say something about horror not doing well right now? Please disregard that after seeing this superb trailer for 30 Days of Night. Gore aside it looks very slick and polished.
