Naomi Watts has joined the cast of The International. Clive Owen is already signed up to star in the film directed by Tom Tykwer. Owen will play an Interpol agent who is determined to bring down a large bank he suspects of shady dealings. Watts will play a District Attorney who helps him.

The Hollywood Reporter through Yahoo!News has the story. That's a great cast, I like Naomi Watts in nearly everything she does. Owen is a bit hit and miss for me, I did like him in Inside Man though. I think Richard will be hoping he is a British Interpol agent though, I'm pretty sure his American accent has bugged him in the past.
