National Treasure, I hated it. Contrived to an incredibly painful point, cheesy beyond belief, and filled with lines of dialogue that had me reaching for a bucket. It was awful. The only redeeming part was the educational factor of the extra filled DVD. So seeing the trailer for the sequel National Treasure: Book of Secrets hasn't changed my thoughts on this series one bit.

What is good is that the trailer is in high-definition and online now. Oh and there are also some big name stars. As well as the original names there are some new ones too, Nicolas Cage, Jon Voight, Harvey Keitel, Helen Mirren, Diane Kruger, Ed Harris and Bruce Greenwood.

The scheme is already unbelieveable, they must steal the Presidential Book of Secrets to uncover something or other to do with something...oh who knows.

I just chuckled the bit it says “The Queen” and then zooms out from a tourist postcard style picture of Big Ben so that we know it's The Queen from London, England...or maybe Britain, let's not get too technical early on.

That one shot summed it up for me. However I will say something for the high-definition trailer, the action looks good.
