We all heard that Rosario Dawson isn't going to be in Kevin Smith's next film Zak and Miri Make a Porno even though the role was written for her, but the reason is scheduling. She's set to appear in a film called Eagle Eyes by the currently cool Director D.J. Caruso.

She's quick to dispel any negativity between the two films or with Kevin Smith, she's really just busy.

“It's going to be a really interesting film. I don't think I'm going to be a part of it. He wrote it for me, but I'm just signing on to do ["Eagle Eye"] and that's going to be shooting from November to March”

Eagle Eye, as we heard before, will see Shia LaBeouf teaming up with D.J. Caruso once again as a young slacker whose high achieving twin has mysteriously died. He returns home and he and a single mother, presumably played by the gorgeous Rosario Dawson, find they have been framed as terrorists. After that they're forced to join the terrorist cell and then have to work to get themselves out.

Wow, that's going to be one hell of a thriller, and with Caruso at the helm we're sure for some high suspense and tension. Another great role for LaBeouf as well.
