There are more clips online for Shoot 'Em Up, and the film is starting to look sillier and sillier.

The good things are the three leads, Paul Giamatti, Monica Belluci and Clive Owen - I deliberately rate them in that order as during the clips Paul Giamatti steals the show. He's great as a thoroughly evil villain. Some of the lines Clive Owen is given are cheesy and almost stick in the throat as he says them.

What sticks out the most though are some of the bizarre stunts that are in the vein of Transporter 2 (Filmstalker review). The scene where his gun is shot out of his hand during a high speed car chase by a man with a machine gun, the leap off the bridge into the car through the sun roof without being hurt, that kind of thing.

This film really is going to be a leave your brain at the door kind of film. However even then I couldn't stomach some of Transporter 2, so I hope Shoot 'Em Up doesn't go too far with it.
