Coogan in Hamlet 2

HamletActors.jpgSteve Coogan isn't really a comedian that has worked well on the big screen for me, however it seems that he's going to make another film outing in a comedy called Hamlet 2.

According to Variety through AICN, Steve Coogan and Catherine Keener are starring in a film directed by Andy Fleming about a school's drama department which is on the brink of being closed down, and its teacher who writes a sequel to Hamlet in order to try and save it.

I can't say that the film sounds that exciting, but perhaps we'll see some of the comic talent from Coogan come through the film.

The thing is I've really enjoyed some of his small screen performances and shows, but just not anything on film as yet. Perhaps Hamlet 2 will be the one to do it?
