Die Hard 4.0 on Blu-ray
I've just received the specifications for the Blu-ray release of Die Hard 4.0 (aka Live Free or Die Hard), I know which title I prefer!
The DVD and Blu-ray releases are due on the 29th of October with a single DVD release at £19.99, a two disc DVD release at £24.99 and the Blu-ray DVD at the same price of £24.99.
You can read the Filmstalker review right here, but to recap the film sees John McLane return to battle a group of terrorists who are going to shut down the entire U.S. by infiltrating all the computer networks. McLane reluctantly has to stop them the old fashioned way, and he certainly manages to live up to the previous Die Hard films.
The film is released in a 2.40:1 ratio, and all the extras and special features are listed below:

As great as these look, I wonder why the Blu-ray disc doesn't carry all the content of the other discs. No matter, the film is there and it's a stonkingly good one at that.
