Burlesque musical

Burlesque is going to be directed by Steven Antin. Okay, says you, so what? Well Burlesque is going to be a contemporary musical (that means modern) with twelve song and dance numbers.

The plan is supposedly to mix Moulin Rouge with Cabaret. Intriguing, but is there room in your cinema going for a musical?

Of the film Steven Antin says through Variety and Coming Soon:

"Neo-burlesque is a contemporary take on the traditional burlesque that derived from vaudeville, with singing, dancing, comedy and more tease than striptease"

Okay, well he's caught me with description, but again, I ask you the audience, is there room in your cinema going for a musical such as this, for even a musical full stop?
