Daniel Craig has signed up for four more James Bond, that means that Craig is going to be Bond for a very long time.

With four films on his slate it looks like Craig is going to be remembered as one of the greatest Bond's there's been, if his first performance is anything to go by.

Casino Royale (Filmstalker review) really did show that he had what it takes to not only be Bond but also beat any other Bond into the dirt. Of course he did come along at just the right time of the franchise, a budget influx, a rework, and some extraordinary talent behind the scenes.

Let that not detract from the performance he gave though, Daniel Craig nailed Bond, the new Bond.

So I think it's cracking news from The Hollywood Reporter through Rope of Silicon that he's going to be signed up for a bunch more Bond films, and now it makes sense why he's been working so hard at diversifying and keeping his other film roles active. He doesn't want to be known as just Bond.

So here's to the next Bond from Marc Foster.
