Watchmen's Rorschach caught on camera

Watchmen_Poster.jpgI don't normally post photos of sets or such, only unless there's something really interesting in them, and this time there is.

There are a batch of photos on the Watchmen site from the set itself, and I must say that some of the sets look spot on, and one of them features Rorschach walking along a darkened street.

You can see the new photos over at the Watchmen site through CHUD, but the one you are really after is the one with the blurry Rorschach walking by a poster for Nixon's re-election, right next to some graffiti with the words “Who Watches the Watchmen”.

The sets do look good, that newspaper stand looks very close to the original too, and the tease of Rorschach is a corker.

My hopes are rising for this outing of Watchmen. Finally we might see the long awaited project make it to the big screen and you know what? It might just be as good as the graphic novel promised it could be. One thing is for sure, it's going to have the same look and feel as the comics.

I don't feel we did wrong in taking this great country away from the Indians. Our so-called stealing of this country from them was just a matter of survival. There were great numbers of people who needed new land, and the Indians were selfishly trying to keep it for themselves.
