There's the (almost) three minute opening scene from I Am Legend online for you to see and it shows off the stunning effects that have made the city look so real.

There's not that much to it, but what you do see looks superb, and I'm not even counting that awesome car he's driving. I actually got the biggest kick out of listening to the engine sounds!

You can see the clip over at Yahoo Movies [Flash] through Latino Review, unfortunately it's only in their rubbish streaming player that won't allow you to buffer anything, so watch a bit and see it start jerking around.

Still, it does look a great opening scene, and I'm really dying to see I Am Legend.
