Teaser trailer for Gaiman's Coraline online

Coraline.jpgThe teaser trailer for the adaptation of Neil Gaiman's Coraline is online to see, and although it's shaky camcorder, it is a nice little peak at what to expect.

The film is directed by Henry Selick, the man who directed The Nightmare Before Christmas, and it tells the story of a girl who discovers that a bricked up door in her room leads to another world.

That other world contains another mother and father for her, and they seem to entertain her in every way possible, taking care of her like never before. Returning to her normal, dreary life, she begins to wonder which life she really wants and soon has to decide.

The teaser is over on YouTube through /Film and can be seen right here.

Has anyone read the original Neil Gaiman story of Coraline (Amazon.co.uk / Amazon.com)?
