Blindness trailer online

Blindness.jpgThere's a trailer online for Fernando Meirelles' Blindness online, the adaptation of the prize winning novel from José Saramago. (Amazon.co.uk / Amazon.com / Play.com)

The film tells the story of what happens to the world when a disease causes most of the population to turn blind. Julianne Moore plays a woman who keeps her site while her entire town, including her Doctor husband played by Mark Ruffalo.

There's a great line up of talent in the film, and it seems as though this could be an interesting tale. Fernando Meirelles previously directed The Constant Gardener and City of God, so there's strong direction for Blindness.

Looking at the trailer though it doesn't really give us much, and just touches on the story, it does look beautifully shot though, for the glimpses we get to see.

You can see the trailer right here from Twitch.
