I just caught an interesting trailer for a film called Four Minutes which tells the story of a young girl who has killed someone and is locked away in a women's prison. However she has something special about her, she has an amazing talent for the piano, and it's down to one teacher to bring that out of her.

It sounds a simple and perhaps stock story, and yet when you see the trailer there's something unique about it, and also something very dramatic.

Monica Bleibtreu plays the teacher and has received a lot of praise for her role. Not know who she is? She's the mother of the excellent actor Moritz Bleibtreu who is beginning to make waves in America as well as Europe. Not know who he is? Well go see Atomised, Run Lola Run and Das Experiment.
