Eagle Eye trailer online

ShiaLabeouf.jpgEagle Eye has been a film that has been catching my eye for a while now. D.J. Caruso directing Shia LaBeouf, Michelle Monaghan, Michael Chiklis, Billy Bob Thornton, and Rosario Dawson in a film about two innocents caught up in a terrorist cell.

However it wasn't until I saw the trailer in the cinema this weekend that I really caught a glimpse of something different, and now I've just seen that same trailer online, and it's right here for you to see.

Eagle Eye tells the story of a young man and a single mother who get pulled into a terrorist cell who are plotting to assassinate a political figure. Of course they are pulled in against their will and they have to get themselves out and clear their own names. All the time they are being aided on their way by unkown but powerful people.

When I saw the trailer the film took on a different feel for me, and I hope it does for you too, although you have to try and avoid the obvious Matrix comparisons that people will make and not get bogged down by that tiny detail and think about the wider plot. Right now I'm wondering what's really going on in the story.

Yeah, I was quite taken aback (in a avery good way) by the trailer when I saw it before Indiana Jones and as soon as I got home I googled it as that was the first time I have heard about the film. I also found out it has an October 17 UK release!

it seems like Shia LaBeouf's popularity has skyrocketed in the last year or so
