The Human Contract trailer

JadaPinkettSmith.jpgAside from being Mrs Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith has had a fairly varied career. A long list of acting credits, a writers credit for the TV series All of Us, lead singer in a band, and now she has directed her first feature film, The Human Contract.

Not only has she directed it, and taken a role in it, but she also wrote it as well. You can take a look at the trailer inside.

The trailer for The Human Contract is below, from You Tube through ucraveblogging. It stars Jason Clarke, Paz Vega and Jada Pinkett Smith. The plot of the film from UKIMDB sounds like this:

A successful corporate type harboring a deep, dark secret befriends a free-spirited stranger who encourages him to ditch his stuffy lifestyle and live life in reckless abandon.

I reckon the trailer looks quite good, a fairly tense drama. I can't say I was expecting Ted Danson to show up half way through though! What do you think, a promising debut for Mrs Smith?

Well it's a little bit choppy in the middle when the trailer changes pace, but otherwise it looks pretty intriguing.
