Filmstalker's Week 26th May to 1st June

Newspapers.jpgThis week we have a new feature for you, plus reviews including Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Iron Man and Jumper on DVD. Trailer wise we have a new teaser for Babylon A.D., the Coen's Burn After Reading, Choke and Battle in Seattle.

We also have Hobbit news, Harrison Ford on a Jack Ryan return, the chances of a Phantom of the Opera sequel and Frank Miller talks about The Spirit.

Richard reviewed Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

He also watched St Ives/All for Love.

As well as checking out Iron Man.

And he also took in Jumper on DVD.


Vin Diesel's Babylon A.D. has a new teaser trailer, and it looks like Diesel at his best.

The Human Contract is directed by Jada Pinkett Smith.

Choke is based on Chuck Palahniuk's novel and starts Sam Rockwell.

City of Ember has an HD trailer.

He's Just Not That Into You is a romantic comedy with a great cast.

Eagle Eye stars Shia LaBeouf.

Cocaine Cowboys II: Hustlin' with the Godmother looks at the rise of a drug dealer in California.

The Coen Brothers are back with the comedy Burn After Reading.

The Education of Charlie Banks is directed by none other than Fred Durst.

Battle in Seattle is a dramatisation of protests against the World Trade Organisation conference in Seattle in 1999.

And The Edge of Love has Keira Knightly, Sienna Miller, Cillian Murphy and Matthew Rhys in a film about Dylan Thomas.


Christopher Tolkein is planning on stopping production on The Hobbit.

Back to the Future was the next film to have a sequel rumour.

Robert Downey Jr is tipped to play Hugh Hefner.

Guillermo Del Toro and Peter Jackson said they had a name in mind for Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit.

We heard a rumour as to who could be the next Spiderman.

Harrison Ford gave us his opinion on playing Jack Ryan again.
