Quantum of Solace trailer online

QuantumofSolace.jpgThe trailer for James Bond's latest adventure, the oddly named Quantum of Solace, is now online featuring Daniel Craig in all his Bond goodness.

The trailer looks superb. Really. It's going back to the days of Timothy Dalton when Bond has his license revoked, but more than that it looks like M is actually going to be hunting him down as he goes rogue. Oh, and it looks tougher and far more exciting. This looks like Bond is getting harder and darker. Here's the trailer in multiple formats including High Definition.

You can watch for yourself over at Moviefone who also have a version in high definition [480p:720p]. Thanks to AICN for the link who also have the YouTube version.

Here's the embedded trailer from Moviefone. Bear with me because I'm at work and I've snagged the code but I'm really not sure if it works, you'll have to tell me, and if it doesn't then get the code and pass it through for me to update as soon as!

Well, what do you think? Quantum of Solace is looking superb so far. I know there's not that much for us to go on, but the action looks great, the story looks strong, and Craig is looking great once again. I love that slow motion shot of him walking over the gravel hill and raising the gun.

The story sees a continuation from Casino Royale (Filmstalker review) where Bond has Mr White, the next rung up in the organisation that was responsible for the death of his love Vesper Lynne.

Mathieu Amalric plays the main villain in this film, Dominic Greene, and the new bond girls are Olga Kurylenko and Gemma Arterton. Jeffrey Wright and Judi Dench make welcome returns in their roles as Felix Leiter and M.

Update: Just in case none of those work, here's one from Daily Motion too!

I have to say I'm really looking forward to this, and the trailer just raises the excitement level tenfold.
